You can adjust the cut out character with a stroke. From the top, choose Layers > Style > Stroke . In the style settings, set the desired parameters and click “Ok”.
One of the sticker conditions is a square shape. If your image is not yet square, then: choose Frame , square aspect ratio and double-click. And then set the size from the top.
